Butter Cream Icing Ingredients: 3/4 cup unsalted butter 1/4 cup vegetable shortening 1 tsp vanilla 4 cups icing sugar 2 Tbsp cream or milk Optional: food coloring Directions: 1. Cream butter, shortening & vanilla. (We just use our mix master on the lowest setting.) 2. Add sugar one cup at a time. 3. Add cream (or milk) - mix until light & fluffy. 4. Add food coloring to get desired color |
