Here's a great finger paint recipe that you can make yourself that can be used on standard white paper, construction paper, or finger paint paper. This paint is 100% non-toxic, so you do not have to worry about the kids putting it in their mouth. If you want to use it as a regular paint, purchase foam applicators from a craft store. Store the paint in baby food jars for the best results, and the longest shelf life. |

(No Picture Available) Non-Toxic Finger PaintIngredients: 2 cups flour 4 cups cold water pinch of salt food coloring Directions: 1. Mix flour and water together and cook over low heat until thick. 2. Let cool completely. 3. Add a small pinch of salt (prolongs shelf life). 4. Separate the mixture into baby food jars. 5. Add 3-4 drops of food coloring in each jar and stir until the color is well blended. |
