Clover Leaf Rolls
Ingredients:
 • 1 pint scalded milk
 • 2 tbsp butter
 • 2 tbsp sugar
 • 1 1/2 tsp salt
 • 1 yeast cake
 • 1/4 cup lukewarm water
 • 1 egg white, beaten stiff
 • 6 cups of flour
Directions:
 1.  Mix the first 4 ingredients and cool to lukewarm.
 2.  Dissolve yeast cake in the lukewarm water
 3.  Mix ingredients. Requires about 3 hours to rise.
 4.  Put in cupcake tins -- 3 little balls in each tin (put a small amount of butter in between each piece).
 5.  Allow to rise until double in size.
 6.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
