(No Picture Available) Clover Leaf RollsIngredients: 1 pint scalded milk 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp sugar 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 yeast cake 1/4 cup lukewarm water 1 egg white, beaten stiff 6 cups of flour Directions: 1. Mix the first 4 ingredients and cool to lukewarm. 2. Dissolve yeast cake in the lukewarm water 3. Mix ingredients. Requires about 3 hours to rise. 4. Put in cupcake tins -- 3 little balls in each tin (put a small amount of butter in between each piece). 5. Allow to rise until double in size. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes |
