(No Picture Available) Coconut BiscuitsIngredients: 2 cups flour 2 Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1 cup milk 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted Directions: 1. Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Cut in butter until mixture is pea sized. 3. Add last two ingredients and stir until dough is formed. 4. Drop unto a cookie sheet to make 15 biscuits. 5. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes or until golden. 6. Serve while still warm. |
