Coconut Biscuits
Ingredients:
 • 2 cups flour
 • 2 Tbsp sugar
 • 1 Tbsp baking powder
 • 1 tsp salt
 • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
 • 1 cup milk
 • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted
Directions:
 1.  Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl.
 2.  Cut in butter until mixture is pea sized.
 3.  Add last two ingredients and stir until dough is formed.
 4.  Drop unto a cookie sheet to make 15 biscuits.
 5.  Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes or until golden.
 6.  Serve while still warm.
