Pisces Writing Prompt
Print out the writing prompt activities with small sentence prompts to get your children writing!
Your child may choose to focus his own story on the themes within the story of Pisces the Fish, or she may let her imagination run wild. Anything is possible with fiction! I think story spark sentences are a great way to expand your child's vocabulary and give your child the ability to get creative!
Materials:
- printer,
- paper,
- pencil
Instructions:
- Complete the story spark sentence inspired by the story of Pisces the Fish:
"A beautiful day with your son is interrupted by the impending arrival of the giant Typhoeus. Will he crush you or will you find a way to escape? Do fish have anything to do with this?"
- Write one or more paragraphs to go along with that first idea.
- Read the new story out loud!
