- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup salt
- 2 Tbsp cream of tartar
- 1 cup ice cold water
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 2 tsp food color (or split the other ingredients in half and make two batches - use 1 tsp with each portion of a different color)
Mix dry ingredients in a saucepan (flour, salt and cream of tartar)
Over medium high heat, add ice cold water, salad oil and food color
Stir until boiling (3 minutes)
Take off heat immediately.
Store in refrigerator in ziploc bag
