Write On Interest Badge

Note:  All aspects of the Interest Badge are listed.  However, some are not conducive to providing help over the internet. 

I've included a HELP link next to the areas where I could provide additional resources for the girls (working on their own or in groups). 

• Write a poem about flowers, trees or your favorite animals.

  • HELP  Seasons Poem -- printable template with some directions on writing a poem about the four seasons.  Include information about the flowers, trees and animals you find during the different seasons.
      

• Write a short story about being a Brownie.

• Write an advertisement, jingle or rap about an upcoming Brownie event.

• E-mail or write a letter to a friend or pen pal in another city, province or country.

  • HELP  Feel free to email me in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  Make sure to talk to your mom or dad before sending your email.  Either I or one of my daughters (ages 7 and 10) will get back to you .
