Hamburger Cookies

Let the kids assemble these themselves.  It's loads of fun!

Take two vanilla wafers (the bun).  Squeeze a bit of yellow icing (mustard) on one wafer and red icing (ketchup) on the other wafer.

Put a chocolate covered mint on the ketchup wafer and top with the mustard wafer.
