In the summer of 2002 we decided to take a driving vacation from our home in Calgary, Alberta to Victoria, British Columbia.  We planned a 12 day trip with short daily drives and lots of stops hoping it would not be too much driving for 4 year old Kaitlyn and 8 year old Tasha.
